We endeavour to send all orders out within 48 hours, and the approximate delivery time(s) available for you will be shown as an option within your basket. We offer free delivery on all orders over £60. For orders under £60, we charge a flat delivery rate of £5.70.
We also provide an international delivery service to certain countries, please select your delivery country in your basket. If your country isn’t listed please get in touch, we can deliver to many international destinations so may be able to get AeroRail to you.
We can also provide customs clearance service to certain destinations which means we pre-pay import duty on your behalf so that your AeroRail® order gets straight through to you. You’ll be able to select this option when you check-out if it’s available to your address. Otherwise, PLEASE NOTE that customs fees, import duties or taxes may apply in your country and are your – the buyer’s – responsibility.
Your order will be sent out by tracked delivery, and we use a number of couriers including Parcelforce, Royal Mail and Evri to get your order to you as swiftly as possible – typically within 3-5 working days for UK orders (and 10-14 working days for international orders), but this may be longer depending on a number of factors including high-demand on delivery services (e.g. during Christmas holiday season).
